A disk guide is pivotably provided near a disk insertion/discharge opening in a stationary frame fixed to a housing. The disk guide is constructed such that it guides insertion operation and discharge operation of a disk-like recording medium, and that at least a part of the disk insertion/discharge opening is closable.
