    摘要： An optical disc device by which existence of a disc can be accurately detected. The optical disc device (10) is provided with a main body having a disc loading/ejecting port (11), and a transfer roller for transferring the disc between the disc loading/ejecting port (11) and a disc storing position of the main body. The optical disc device is provided with a rocking lever wherein a base edge is turnably supported inside the main body by a supporting shaft and a disc reach switch is fixed; and a detection lever whose base edge is turnably supported by the supporting shaft and operates the disc reach switch when a leading edge is brought into contact with an outer circumference of the disc stored at a disc storing position.
