摘要: A coated active material 100 of the present disclosure includes a positive electrode active material 11 and a coating layer 12 coating at least a portion of a surface of the positive electrode active material 11. The coating layer 12 includes a lithium-containing fluoride. When a mass M2 of lithium derived from a lithium-containing alkaline component present on the surface of the positive electrode active material 11 is measured by neutralization titration, a proportion of the mass M2 of the lithium in a mass M1 of the positive electrode active material 11 is more than 0.26% and 0.55% or less. A method for producing the coated active material 100 of the present disclosure includes: cleaning the positive electrode active material 11 with a cleaning solution including a water-soluble organic solvent so that when the mass M2 of the lithium is measured by neutralization titration, the proportion of the mass M2 of the lithium in the mass M1 of the positive electrode active material 11 is more than 0.26% and 0.55% or less; after the cleaning, drying the positive electrode active material 11; and after the drying, coating at least a portion of the surface of the positive electrode active material 11 with a coating material including a lithium-containing fluoride.
