摘要: The present invention relates to a method for trapping particles in an array of trapping sites, each trapping site being an optical tweezer creating an attractive energy potential for the particles, the optical tweezer being created by a first laser beam (20), each trapping site being capable of trapping a maximum number of particles, the method comprising:
- loading particles in the trapping sites while detecting the presence of a particle in each trapping site, and
- each time the presence of a maximum number of particles has been detected in a trapping site, applying a repulsive energy potential on said trapping site using a second laser (26) beam such that the total energy potential for the particles, has a global minimum, enabling to keep the particle trapped in the trapping site while surrounding the trapping site with a repulsive barrier.
