The invention relates to a unit (1) for commanding the opening of a door from the inside and comprising a body (3), at least one rigid fixing means (9) capable of reacting load for fixing said unit (1) to a structural element (13) and at least one elastic means (11) configured to able to press against said structural element (13) in order to apply thereto a thrusting force aimed at pressing the fixing means (9) or the body of the unit (3) firmly against said structural element (13). The invention makes it possible to compensate for play when mounting the unit on the structural element.
