摘要： The invention relates to a hollow crankshaft (1) consisting of two forged parts or half-shells (2, 2’) assembled together by welding along the longitudinal axis of the crankshaft (1). The invention involves shaping the contiguous edges (3, 3’) of the parts (2, 2’) such that, when said parts (2, 2') are assembled together edge to edge, a groove (4) is defined in which a welding seam is housed, the edge (3) of one (2) of the parts (2, 2’) further having a rim (6) which projects away from the inner surface of said part (2) and which is to be housed along the inner surface of the other part (2’) during the assembly of said parts (2, 2’).
