摘要： The present invention relates to the field of different wheat hypersensitivities, particularly with antigens and peptides for discrimination of different forms of these diseases. The invention relates to the identification of novel wheat allergens and the use thereof in therapy and diagnosis of celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and IgE-mediated allergy. Furthermore, the present invention provides the use of known peptides and proteins in therapy and diagnosis. The invention also relates to methods for diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and IgE-mediated allergy.
