摘要： The present invention relates to preparations to be used in therapy or nutrition containing stabilized or solubilized forms of amino acids otherwise unstable in solution or poorly soluble in aqueous fluids. The sensitive amino acids are included in the said preparations as glyceryl esters of compounds chosen among at least one amino acid and fatty acids.
