The internal shaving member (5) is provided with a support (7) which is flexible in the direction of the axis of rotation (20) but which is stiff in directions transverse to said direction of the axis of rotation, and the support (7) rotatably supports an internal shaving-member holder (12) which is coupled to the motor (6). The external shaving member (3) is secured to a frame (30) and is movable relative to the shaving head (2) against spring force in a direction transverse to the axis of rotation (20), the frame (30) and the shaving head (2) being provided with corresponding guide means.
