摘要: The invention concerns a selvage-forming device (1) for a mechanical loom with at least two thread-guide elements (2, 3) guiding selvage threads (8, 9). The thread-guiding elements are guided in longitudinal guides (6, 7) and are connected by means of transfer elements (14, 16; 15, 17) to a drive shaft (13) which is driven by a drive motor (12). The axis of the drive shaft (13) is aligned perpendicular to the direction of movement of the thread-guide elements. The transfer elements, which convert the rotational movement of the drive motor into longitudinal movements of the thread-guide elements, comprise at least one element which is disposed on the drive shaft (13) and comprises articulation points which are eccentric relative to the drive shaft and at an angular spacing (A) from one another. The drive motor can be rotated by a control system (18, 19) into predetermined angular positions at predetermined times.

摘要: A device (1) for opening a gripper clip (2) of a mechanical loom gripper (3) has a stop element (4) arranged in the path of displacement (24) of a stopper (23) of the gripper clip (2) and whose position in the direction of displacement (A) of the gripper (3) can be adjusted by means of a drive (5) controlled by a control unit (6). The stop element (4) can slide in a guide in such a way that it can be moved out of the path of displacement of the stopper (23) upon a command from the control unit (6).

摘要: In a selvedge-forming device (1) for a mechanical loom, thread guiding means (2, 3, 5) for guiding at least two selvedge threads (8, 11) are alternatively lifted and lowered to form a shed (12). These thread guiding means are driven by their own eccentric driving means (13). A motion for additionally displacing the selvedge threads (8) in the transverse direction is derived from a coupling rod (16) of the eccentric driving means to create crossing weave patterns.
