摘要： Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a carbon dioxide adsorbent, and a method and an apparatus for reducing carbon dioxide. The method of manufacturing the carbon dioxide adsorbent according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include: providing ironmaking waste; mixing the ironmaking waste and a binder; manufacturing a pellet by injecting ammonia into the ironmaking waste mixed with the binder; and drying the pellet.
