    摘要: The invention relates to a method and device for producing hot-rolled products in a combined continuous casting and rolling system (1). The aim of the invention is to provide a reliable method and a compact combined continuous casting and rolling system (1), by means of which the entire length of a device for separating and removing (6) and the investment and operating costs of the combined continuous casting and rolling system (6) can be reduced. The problem is solved by performing the following method steps in the device for separating and removing (6) in order to overcome a disruption in production in a part of the system located downstream of the device for separating and removing (6): (a) separating the endlessly produced precursor material (3) into a strand portion (21) by means of a shears (9); (b) clamping the strand portion (21) by means of a clamping device (23); (c) raising the foot part of the strand portion (21) from the roller table (4) by means of a raising device (11), whereby the foot of the strand portion (21) is drawn away from the shears (9) in the direction of transport (7); (d) cutting the precursor material (3) passing through the shears (9) into a precursor material portion (10) by means of the shears (9); (e) removing the precursor material portion (10) from the roller table (4) by means of a removing device (8), and removing the strand portion (21) until the combined continuous casting and rolling system (1) is ready to operate again.

    摘要: A combined casting and rolling plant has an upstream part of the plant with a continuous casting installation (1, 2, 4) and a downstream part of the plant with a multi-stand rolling train (6) and, between the two parts of the plant, a pair of shears (11). Starting from the upstream part of the plant, a strand of metal (5) is conveyed via the shears (11) to the downstream part of the plant. The strand of metal (5b) in the upstream part of the plant is conveyed further and divided by means of the shears (11) into pieces (14), which are discharged. At the same time, a pivotable roller table section (16) of a roller table (15) arranged downstream of the shears (11) and directly adjacent to the shears (11) is pivoted downwards by an angle (α) about an axis of rotation (y) arranged transversely in relation to the main conveying direction (x).
