The method comprises at least the following shaping steps: shearing a wire of material (38) so as to obtain a part with a predetermined length, calibrating the part so as to correct the geometry of the part, blanking the calibrated part (34) so as to obtain the head of the bolting part, and finishing the blanked part by means of a third punch (36) so as to form a head comprising at least one shoulder (20), the calibration, blanking and finishing steps being performed only by cold stamping.
