摘要： The present invention relates to a patient interface for delivery of respiratory therapy to a patient, the patient interface comprising:
a mouth covering chamber (40) incorporating a rigid frame (38), a gusset portion (62) and a soft cushion (42),
nozzles (17) structured to sealingly engage within nasal passages of a patient's nose in use, wherein said nozzles (17) are connected directly to an outer face contacting portion of the cushion (42),
wherein said gusset portion (62) is arranged at least at at a chin portion of the mouth covering chamber (40), said gusset portion (62) includes a flexible membrane (58) and has a first side attached to the frame (38) and a second side attached to the cushion (42).
