摘要： A liquid application apparatus (1) sequentially moves to each of a plurality of divided areas obtained by dividing a liquid application area and discharges liquid to connect images. The liquid application apparatus (1) includes an imager (8) and an image connection measuring unit (51). The imager (8) reads a reference position set in an area where end portions of the plurality of divided areas overlap with each other. The image connection measuring unit (51) sets the reference position to a reference origin of image writing.
