摘要： Disclosed is a device for cooLing, granulating and drying molten strands of synthetic thermoplastic material ermerging form dies. It comprises a cooling unit which feeds the strands into a bath of cooling liquid and to which is connected a granulator housing with a cutting roll, the latter being connected to an outlet duct with a sieve to separate the thermoplastic material from the cooling liquid. The sieve is arranged in such a way that the grains separated from the strands by the cutting roll impinge directly on the sieve at basically the same speed as that imparted to the grains by the cutting roll.

摘要： Dispositif visant à refroidir, granuler et sécher des joncs en matière plastique sortant en fusion de buses. Ce dispositif comporte un système de refroidissement guidant les joncs dans un bain de liquide de refroissement. En aval de ce système de refroidissement sont placés un carter de granulateur contenant un cylindre de coupe, ainsi qu'un puits d'évacuation raccordé audit carter et muni d'un tamis pour séparer le liquide de refroidissement . Le tamis est disposé de manière que les granulés séparés des joncs par le cylindre de coupe arrivent directement sur le tamis pratiquement à la vitesse que leur conère le cylindre de coupe.
