摘要: In prior art pressure control valves the valve closing body is secured to the diaphragm; this not only increases production costs but also means that the mass to be moved is great, thus reducing the rate of reaction to pressure changes. In the novel pressure control valve, the mass to be moved on the diaphragm (40) is reduced by fitting a valve seat body (43) with a valve seat surface (44) in the central region of the diaphragm (40) so that when the valve seat surface (44) is lifted from the valve closing body (30), fuel to be controlled can flow from the pressure control side (45) of the diaphragm (40) to the return flow side (47) of the diaphragm (40) via the valve seat surface (44) and a return flow channel (54). The pressure control valve is particularly suitable for use in fuel supply systems in internal combustion engines.

摘要: The invention relates to a device (10) for controlling pressure. The inventive device comprises a housing (11) and an axially moveable closing body (12) that is received therein. The housing (11) is provided with at least one inlet (21) for pressure means and one outlet (22) for pressure means. The closing body (12) is pre-stressed against a valve seat (11') in the housing by means of a coil spring (14). At least one compensation means for the coil spring (14) is provided. According to the invention, a compensation element (15) is provided as the compensation means. Said element is axially arranged between the closing body (12) and an end of the coil spring (14), whereby said end faces the closing body (12). The compensation element rests on the inner wall of the housing (11) in a springy manner and in the radial direction and contacts the closing body (12) in a preferably frictionally engaged manner and with the central area (15') thereof. The central area (15') of the compensation element (15) is designed in a dome-shaped manner. Radially protruding spring arms (15'') are arranged peripherally in relation to the central area (15') of the compensation element (15).

摘要: The proposal is for a fuel filter (10) with an integral pressure regulator (11) in which the pressure regulator (11) with its diaphragm (32) is fitted on the inside of a cover (14) having the inlet (16) and tank connectors (17). To the diaphragm (32) through which the liquid flows on the inside is applied the pressure of the fuel on the clean side (25) of the filter element (21), through which the fuel flows radially from the outside to the inside. Integrating the pressure regulator (11) on the cover side provides a simple, compact and economical design of the fuel filter (10), in which only cleaned fuel flows through the valve (36) in the pressure regulator (11).
