    摘要： The invention provides for a method for manufacturing push belts (7) of at least two distinguishable types, each type having an endless tensile means (16) of a mutually different radial thickness, which endless tensile means (16) is received in a recess (20) of transverse elements (15) of the respective push belt (7), which transverse elements (15) are provided slideably on the endless tensile means (16) in such a number that they form an essentially continuous array along the circumference of the endless tensile means (16), whereby a height of a respective recess (20) is defined in the radial direction relative to the endless tensile means (16) between a bottom part (21) and a top part (22) of the respective transverse element (15) and whereby each type of push belt (7) is produced with transverse elements (15) having a mutually corresponding recess (20) height.
