摘要： The invention relates to transport packaging (110) for packaging goods (130) to be transported, in particular hazardous materials. The transport packaging (110) has the following: a pallet (112) with a base (124), said goods (130) to be transported being receivable on the base (124); and a transport box (134) which is open towards the base (124), wherein the transport box (134) sits on the base (124) and forms a transport packaging (110) interior (144) together with the base (124), said interior receiving the goods (130) to be transported. The transport box (134) is fixed on the base (124) by means of at least one fixing element (152), preferably by means of at least one packing strip (154).

The external packaging (110) also has at least one bag element (150), which is intended for enclosing the packaging item (112) carried by the carrier element (114). The bag element (150) is arranged relative to the carrier element (114) such that, at least in a maximum filling state, it extends, on the upper side (122) of the carrier element (114), beyond the periphery (126) of the carrier element (114).
