Abstract: A user terminal apparatus is provided. The user terminal apparatus includes: a communicator configured to communicate with a display apparatus and a server; and a processor configured to determine whether to receive additional information from the server based on the context information of the display apparatus received from the display apparatus, and to control the communicator to transmit, to the display apparatus, a signal for controlling a status of the display apparatus based on at least one of the context information and the additional information.
