    摘要： A cooking apparatus includes a body (10), a pair of heating units (16), a grill unit (20), a heat reflecting unit (30), and a cooling fan (50). The heating units (16) are arranged between the grill unit (20) and the heat reflecting unit (30). The heat reflecting unit (30) includes inner and outer reflecting plates (36) that are inclined at certain angles to reflect heat radiated from the heating units (16) toward the grill unit (20). The cooling fan (50) is positioned in an inner space of the heat reflecting unit (30). The heat reflecting unit (30) has front, rear, and side plates (32,33,34), which are provided with a plurality of through holes (54,55,56), so that air passes through the inner space of the heat reflecting unit (30).
