摘要： The invention concerns a filter for the layered filtration of fluids such as juice, wine, beer etc. A container (3) contains a filter set (28) comprising stacked filter elements (25) in the form of plates. Each filter element (25) has a hub (26) which is held in place by a shaft (12) projecting through the filter set (28). The hubs (26) contain an axial supply conduit (36) for the unfiltered part (18) which supplies several supply channels (46) equally distributed around the periphery of each hub (26) and directed essentially radially outwards. These supply channels (46) open into an annular distribution chamber (47) from which the unfiltered part flows outwards radially into the space (29) between neighbouring filter elements (25) via an outlet gap (45) lying above the supply channel (46). In order to ensure a uniform, homogeneous and stable filter cake build-up, the outlet gap (45) is divided by separation walls (48) into a number of outlets (49) equally distributed at the periphery of the annular distribution chamber (47).
