    摘要： An impact dot print head and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The impact dot print head consists of: printing wires (9) for forming dot patterns on a printing medium (16); a front end guide (12) having holes for guiding the wire tips; and a nose (13) fixed with the front end guide and having its front end surface confronting with the printing medium. The manufacturing method involves the steps of; holding the nose and the front end guide by a jig so that front end surfaces of the nose and of the front end guide are substantially flush with each other; deforming protrusions thereof; and fixing the nose to the front end guide.
