In addition, a cam member (38) is mounted on the shell (1) for pushing up an end edge of the visor (3) to permit the slipping of the stopper pin (36) out of the elongated hole (35). These ensure that the visor (3) can be restrained to a position corresponding to the predetermined opening degree, thereby preventing any clouding of an inner surface of the visor (3), while preventing further opening of the visor (3) by a wind pressure.
