The invention relates to an arrangement of a ferromagnetic and electrically conductive bearer (1) and winding components (2) which are laid in appropriate grooves (3) in the bearer (1). Each winding component (2) has a good electrically conductive basic unit (4) surrounded by an impregnatable insulating sleeve (5) which in turn is surrounded by an electrically semiconducting impregnatable protective coating (6). Between each winding component (2) and at least one wall (7) of the appropriate groove (3) there is a separating layer (8) consisting essentially of rigid mica sheets (10) lying flat between the winding component (2) and the groove wall (7). The protective coating (6) and the groove wall (7) are thus electrically interconnected through the separating layer (8) via semiconducting bridges (9). The arrangement of the invention is particularly suitable for the production of a component for an electric motor via the whole-part impregnation process in which the arrangement is impregnated with a fuller, especially one based on an epoxy resin. The components made using the arrangement of the invention are characterized by high resistance to temperature fluctuations, mechanical forces and alternating magnetic fields.

L'invention concerne un dispositif constitué d'un support ferromagnétique et électroconducteur (1) et d'éléments d'enroulement (2) qui se logent dans des gorges appropriées (3) du support (1). Chaque élément d'enroulement (2) comporte un corps de base (4) bon conducteur, entouré d'une gaine isolante (5) imprégnable qui à son tour est entourée d'un revêtement protecteur (6) imprégnable et semi-conducteur. Entre chaque élément d'enroulement (2) et au moins une paroi (7) de la gorge appropriée (3) se trouve une couche de séparation (8) constituée essentiellement de feuilles de mica blanc (10) posées à plat entre l'élément d'enroulement (2) et la paroi de gorge (7). Le revêtement protecteur (6) et la paroi de gorge (7) sont ainsi électriquement interconnectés au travers de la couche de séparation (8) par l'intermédiaire de ponts semi-conducteurs (9). Le dispositif décrit convient particulièrement pour la fabrication d'un composant destiné à un moteur électrique par imprégnation par immersion complète, procédé dans lequel le dispositif est imprégné d'une charge, notamment à base de résine époxy. Les composants fabriqués à l'aide du dispositif décrit se caractérisent par une résistance élevée aux fluctuations thermiques, aux sollicitations mécaniques et aux champs magnétiques alternatifs.
