An opening portion (13) for a head is provided in the cartridge body (5) and allows part of the optical disk to be exposed to the outside. The shutter member (15) is movably installed on the cartridge body and opening and closing the opening portion (13). A first recess is provided in the surface side where the shutter member slides, and the first recess is located in a region that is across a recording and/or reproducing opening portion and faces a region where the shutter member moves. A bent portion (36) is provided on one side of the shutter member, and the bent portion (36) closes a space produced between the shutter member and a first recess when the shutter member moves to a position where the recording and/or reproducing opening portion is closed by the shutter member. Further, a second recess (38) deeper than the first recess is provided at a portion next to the recording and/or reproducing opening portion of the first recess.
