The rail attachment according to the invention is designed for lateral adjustment by up to 15 mm in both directions and it permits vertical adjustment by up to 50 mm without flexural stressing of the screw connection between the attachment and the rigid concrete substructure. According to the invention, the lateral forces are conducted away into the concrete carrier panel (3) via an adjustment profile (2) which is arranged under the webbed panel (9) and conducts away force. An elastic intermediate panel (4) made of elastomer is arranged under the ribbed panel (9) in order to ensure the functionally necessary elasticity.
