摘要: The invention concerns a method for manufacturing an electrically controllable flexible light-adjusting device (14) presenting at least a tunable optical property, comprising the following steps:
- providing a transparent and flexible first stack of layers (20),
- applying a sealing material (47) to an internal surface (20A) of the first stack for defining a portion of a reception area on said internal surface,
- providing a transparent and flexible second stack of layers (30),
- adhering spacer particles (48) to an internal surface (30A) of the second stack,
- introducing the spacer particles adhering to said internal surface in an electroactive material (46), comprising a plurality of liquid crystals (50), filling at least a zone of the reception area,
- pressing with two rollers (56, 58) against each other the first stack having the electroactive material and the second stack having the spacer particles to bond them to each other.
