摘要： Provided are a light-emitting element and a display device comprising same. The display device comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode that are disposed on a substrate; a first insulating layer that is disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode; light-emitting elements that are disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode on the first insulating layer; a first connection electrode disposed on the first electrode and contacting the light-emitting elements; and a second connection electrode disposed on the second electrode and contacting the light-emitting elements, wherein the light-emitting element includes: a first semiconductor layer doped with an n-type dopant; a second semiconductor layer doped with a p-type dopant; a light-emitting layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer; and an insulating film surrounding a portion of the light-emitting layer and including a first layer and a second layer including a material different from that of the first layer, wherein the insulating film includes a plurality of pair layers including the first layer and the second layer that are alternately stacked.
