The display layer includes a plurality of light emission areas (EA1, EA2, EA3) for emitting light. The plurality of touch electrodes (SEN) are disposed on the display layer to sense a touch and surround the plurality of light emission areas (EA1, EA2, EA3). The light-shield is disposed on a portion of the plurality of touch electrodes (SEN). The code pattern (CP) is determined by a planar shape of the light-shield to have position information. The light-shield absorbs light of a specific wavelength, and another portion of the touch electrodes (SEN), which is not overlapped with the light-shield, reflects light of the specific wavelength.
