    摘要: An organic light emitting device (OLED) includes a first electrode (40) on a substrate (20), an organic light emitting layer (50) on the first electrode, a second electrode (60) on the organic light emitting layer, and an optical path difference compensation layer (30). The optical path difference compensation layer is between the substrate (20) and the first electrode (40) or on the second electrode (60). The optical path difference compensation layer includes at least one layer in which transmittance decreases as an angle (θ 1 , θ 2 ) between incident light (L 1 , L 2 ) and an incident surface of the optical path difference compensation layer (IP) increases.
