    摘要： An electronic device for improving the quality of an input image according to the technical idea of the present disclosure includes a memory storing at least one instruction, and at least one processor configured to, by executing the at least one instruction, calculate a degree of deterioration of the input image, in response to determining that the degree of deterioration of the input image is greater than a predetermined value, detect at least one facial image included in the input image, generate region information indicating a position and a type of at least one region included in the at least one facial image, generate a quality-improved facial image by using an artificial neural network (ANN) that uses the input image and the region information as input, and generate an output image by combining the quality-improved facial image with the input image.
