摘要: A method of preparing a dry electrode film, a dry electrode, and a lithium battery are provided. The method includes providing a dry mixture including a dry electrode active material and a dry binder, and processing the dry mixture into a dry electrode film by utilizing a rolling device including a first calender roll and a second calender roll, where the first calender roll has a first rotational speed, and the second calender roll has a second rotational speed, a ratio of the first rotational speed to the second rotational speed is in a range of 1 :greater than 1 to about 1:6, the dry electrode active material includes a first electrode active material and a second electrode active material, and a particle diameter of the first electrode active material is different from a particle diameter of the second electrode active material.

摘要: A method of preparing a dry electrode film, the dry electrode film, a dry electrode including the dry electrode film, and a lithium battery including the dry electrode film are provided. The method includes providing frozen first dry binder particles, pulverizing the frozen first dry binder particles to prepare second dry binder particles, mixing a dry electrode active material and the second dry binder particles to prepare a dry electrode mixture, and processing the dry electrode mixture into a dry electrode film including a dry binder through a rolling device including a calender roll. A second particle diameter of the second dry binder particles is less than a first particle diameter of the frozen first dry binder particles.

The dry electrode includes an electrode current collector, a dry electrode film on one side or two opposing sides of the electrode current collector, and an interlayer between the electrode current collector and the dry electrode film; wherein the interlayer includes an outer peripheral region provided along at least a portion of an outer periphery of the interlayer, and an inter-region excluding the outer peripheral region, wherein a thickness of the outer peripheral region is greater than a thickness of the inter-region. The method includes providing one or more interlayers on one side or two opposing sides of an electrode current collector to prepare a first laminate, preparing a second laminate by providing, on the first laminate, a dry electrode film having a larger area than the area of the interlayer, wherein the dry electrode film includes a first region on the interlayer, and a second region extending from the first region beyond an outer periphery of the interlayer, and pulling at least a portion of the second region of the dry electrode film to separate the second region from the first region, thereby providing a dry electrode, the interlayer includes: an outer peripheral region and an inter-region, wherein a thickness of the outer peripheral region is greater than a thickness of the inter-region.
