摘要: The invention relates to a bearing arrangement for a part to be mounted such that the part rotates about an axis, such as a cylinder, roller, drum or shaft, comprising at least one rolling bearing, which is accommodated in a bearing housing, which is mounted movably in an arrangement housing in a linearly movable manner by means of at least one linear guide, and also comprising an actuation device for effecting a linear shifting movement of the bearing housing perpendicularly to the axis between a rest position and a working position. According to the invention, the actuation device (1) comprises at least one prestressed spring element (5, 6), which presses the bearing housing (27) into the working position, and at least one hydraulic or pneumatic device (16) for generating a restoring force acting counter to the spring element (5, 6) for moving the bearing housing (27) into the rest position.

摘要: The invention relates to a journal roller bearing, in which rolling bodies are fixed on a journal of a cylinder, in particular a cylinder of a printing press, either directly or by means of an interposed inner ring, wherein the rolling bodies are further operatively connected either to a cylindrical outer ring that can be fixed to a lateral wall of the press or to an eccentric, rotatable outer ring, either directly or by means of an interposed intermediate ring (3) which is also roller-mounted and has an eccentric design, with or without insertion of bearing outer rings. The invention is characterised in that a lever arm (4) is fixed on the rotatable outer ring and/or the intermediate ring (3), on the free end of which an adjusting means engages and which is supported on the press. According to the invention, the adjusting means is configured as a spindle actuator, wherein the spindle nut (6) or spindle (5) thereof is axially supported and can be driven in the direction of rotation.

摘要: The invention relates to a mounting for the main cylinders (1) of printing presses, such as plate cylinders, blanket cylinders, engraved cylinders, impression cylinders and paper-carrying transfer cylinders of rotary and sheet-fed printing presses, by means of pairs of eccentric rings (5) rotatably mounted in machine frame bores (4) for radially supporting and for throwing the cylinders (1) on and off, and also by means of an angular contact or axial bearing arrangement (15, 16, 17) in each case for axial guidance, which are mounted on one of two shaft journals (2) of the main cylinder (1) and are fixed via connecting elements (20, 27) to one of the eccentric rings (5) of the pair of eccentric rings, the eccentric ring (5) to which the angular contact or axial bearing arrangement (15, 16, 17) is fixed by the connecting elements (20, 27) being guided axially and substantially without play in the machine frame bore (4) thereof. In order to achieve axial guidance of the main cylinder (1) which is free of friction, precise and free of thermal stresses, the invention provides running rollers (21, 21') which can be set axially against corresponding radial tracks (26; 28, 29).

According to the invention, the flange (7) comprises boreholes for screws (12) for the non-positive connection of the flange (7) to the lateral wall (8) of the press, wherein the boreholes have adjusting clearances relative to the screws (12) and the outer ring (4) or the flange (7) has adjusting clearances relative to the opening in the lateral wall (8) of the press, and wherein adjusting elements are provided by which, when actuated, a positioning of the outer ring (4) relative to the lateral wall (8) of the press can be carried out.
