There is provided an electronic device comprising a piezoelectric actuator (A) and a drive control device (100) for controlling drive of the piezoelectric actuator. The drive control device (100) includes: a drive circuit (111) for supplying a drive signal SDR to a piezoelectric element of an oscillator (12); phase difference detection means (120) for detecting a phase difference representing the oscillation state of the oscillator (12); a comparison voltage setting circuit (133) for correcting a target phase difference serving as a target of the oscillation state; and drive frequency setting means (140) for comparing the phase difference to the target phase difference. By modifying the drive frequency of the drive signal SDR so that the phase difference approaches the target phase difference according to the comparison result, it is possible to realize effective drive of the piezoelectric actuator (A) without depending on the drive voltage.

There are provided a piezoelectric actuator whose design does not become difficult, and in which an impact resistance can be greatly improved without incurring a decrease in a drive efficiency, and an electronic equipment having possessed the same. When a piezoelectric actuator 31 has been incorporated to a main plate 14, an arm part 513 of a vibration body 50 is disposed through interstices SP1, SP2 of predetermine dimensions between it and a protrusion part 144. Only by causing the interstices SP1, SP2 like these to intervene, at a drive time, notwithstanding the fact that a free end part FR is in a free state in these interstices SP1, SP2, since a vibration part 511 is captured by the protrusion part 144 in a free end part FR side when an external impact has been exerted, it is possible to prevent the vibration part 511 from moving while exceeding the dimensions of the interstices. By this, it is possible to easily and greatly improve the impact resistance corresponding to a fall impact and the like without incurring the decrease in the drive efficiency, and it is possible to solve together problems relating to the drive efficiency and the impact resistance, which are usually difficult to be compatible.
摘要:
A piezoelectric actuator has a diaphragm which has a tabular piezoelectric element oscillated in a longitudinal oscillation mode and a flexural oscillation mode. The face of the diaphragm has the disposition of a first electrode for sensing the amplitude of an oscillation in the longitudinal oscillation mode and a second electrode for sensing the amplitude of an oscillation in the flexural oscillation mode. Before the piezoelectric actuator is driven by a drive signal, a phase difference of a first sense signal output from the first electrode and a second sense signal output from the second electrode is sensed. Such a frequency that the sensed phase difference becomes maximum is determined, and a drive signal with a frequency coincident with that frequency is given to the piezoelectric element.
摘要:
A piezoactuator has a diaphragm, and the diaphragm has flat piezoelectric elements that oscillate in a longitudinal oscillation mode and a sinusoidal oscillation mode. A first electrode for detecting oscillation in the longitudinal oscillation mode, and a second electrode for detecting the amplitude of oscillation in the sinusoidal oscillation mode, are disposed on the surface of the diaphragm. When the piezoactuator is driven with a drive signal, the phase difference of a first detection signal output from the first electrode and a second detection signal output from the second electrode is detected. The frequency at which the detected phase difference becomes the maximum phase difference is then obtained, and a drive signal of a matching frequency is applied to the piezoelectric elements.
