The aerosol-generating product includes a smoking section in which a smoking material is contained. The electrically heated aerosol-generating device includes a heating element. The heating element is insertable into the smoking section. The maximum heat conduction area thermal resistance δ λ e of the smoking section satisfies: 0.01 δ λ e 0.06 , where δ represents the maximum radial heating distance of the smoking section, and the unit is m; and Åe represents the effective heat conduction coefficient of the smoking section, and the unit is W/m K. The aerosol-generating product of the present invention has favorable heat transfer performance and high heating efficiency.
