When the carrier is set in a band different from the unlicensed band, the reception unit is configured to detect a second PDCCH in a second type 0 PDCCH common search space set and receive a second PDSCH scheduled by the second PDCCH. A higher layer processing unit is configured to manage common RRC signaling included in the first PDSCH or the second PDSCH. A time domain resource configuration of the first PDSCH is a first configuration, and a time domain resource configuration of the second PDSCH is a second configuration different from the first configuration.

A value N RFV of a frequency domain resource allocation field included in the DCI format is equal to N size BWP ∗ (L RBs - 1) + RB start , in a case that L RBs -1 is equal to or smaller than floor(N size BWP /2), the value N RIV is equal to N size BWP ∗ (N size BWP - L RBs + 1) + (N size BWP - 1 - RB start ) in a case that L RBs - 1 is larger than floor(N size BWP /2), the floor(N size BWP /2) represents a largest integer within a range that does not exceed N size BWP /2, the RB start is a starting resource block for allocation of the PDSCH, the L RBs is a number of resource blocks allocated to the PDSCH, and the N size BWP is given based on the number of resource blocks in an initial downlink BWP configured by a first parameter in a case that the DCI format is detected in a common search space.
