摘要: A cathode lithium-supplementing additive, a preparation method for the cathode lithium-supplementing additive and an application of the cathode lithium-supplementing additive. The cathode lithium-supplementing additive includes a lithium-containing core and an encapsulation layer covering a surface of the lithium-containing core. The encapsulation layer has pores and/or cracks and a sealing agent distributed at least at the pores and/or cracks for blocking the pores and/or cracks, where a material of the sealing agent includes an organic hydrophobic material. The sealing agent provided includes the organic hydrophobic material that can be embedded in the pores of the encapsulation material to further fill gaps in the sealing material, thus, a dense film layer is formed. The dense film layer can effectively isolate water vapor and carbon dioxide in the air, and can also prevent a reduction of metal elements in the lithium-containing core during a reaction process, which ensures a stability of the lithium-containing core, improves the lithium supplementation effect, and enables the resulting battery material to have the characteristics of high capacity and long cycle.

摘要: The invention discloses a composite lithium compensation additive, a preparation method, and a use. The composite lithium compensation additive comprises an inner core containing an amorphous lithium compensation additive and an encapsulation layer wrapping the outer surface of the inner core. In the composite lithium compensation additive provided in the present invention, the activation potential barrier is low, the lithium removal efficiency is high at a relatively low voltage, and the specific capacity of lithium compensation is high. In the composite lithium compensation additive provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the amorphous lithium compensation additive in the inner core has a smaller polarization, and during charging, the voltage platform is lower, thus being able to effectively reduce the activation barrier of the lithium compensation additive, and markedly improve the deintercalation efficiency of lithium ions, thereby achieving a high specific capacity of lithium compensation in the additive. The packaging layer can improve the stability of the lithium compensation additive, and can also effectively improve the electron and ion conduction performance of the lithium compensation material in the core, improve the stability of the lithium compensation additive, and achieve a stable lithium compensation effect.

The coating layer can improve lithium removal and moisture isolation during a charging process. 摘要: A cathode lithium-supplementing additive, a preparation method, and an application thereof are provided. The cathode lithium-supplementing additive includes: a lithium-containing core, and a cladding layer formed on a surface of the lithium-containing core, in which, a material of the cladding layer is selected from a conductive hydrophobic polymer having a surface modified with a hydrophobic enhancer. On the one hand, the formed cladding layer can make up for the defect like poor electronic conductivity of the lithium-containing compound and improve the electronic conductivity, in the meanwhile, the cladding layer can act as a conductive agent in the electrode plate and thus reduce the amount of conductive agent to be added to the electrode plate; and on the other hand, since the polymer has the surface modified with the hydrophobic enhancer, hydrophobic groups are provided, which further provides a hydrophobic barrier, so as to effectively improve the stability of the lithium-containing core in the air, to effectively block moisture and carbon dioxide in the air from contacting or reacting with the lithium-supplementing material in the core, to prevent the lithium-containing compound from reacting with water or being defective, and to protect the stability of the lithium-supplementing material.
