The first wall includes a first wall extension that extends distally beyond the first lumen and is spaced apart from the portion of the septum. The first wall extension defines a concave surface facing the portion of the septum. In an alternate embodiment, the catheter includes a tip with spiraled configuration. The catheter may include a third lumen.
