    - a first set of production lines comprising all production lines of said nominal set capable of satisfying the ordered target values defined in the first list,
    - a second set of production lines comprising all production lines of said nominal set capable of satisfying a target value of at least one production site constraint production parameter defined in a second list,
    - a third set of production lines comprising all production lines of said nominal set capable of satisfying the target value of at least one line specific production parameter defined in a third list;

    d) automatically determining (104), by the central system (210), and from the previously first, second and third sets, the optimal production line(s) for producing said product;
    e) automatically dispatching (105) to said optimal production line(s) the production order.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for distributing order execution in a MOM system, whereby order management functionalities are distributed as two or more independent modules across two or more enterprise levels, comprising a GOM module, and a set of LOM modules, wherein the GOM module is capable of generating one or more production orders with at least one negotiable requirement; wherein each LOM module is capable of offering to the GOM module local order planning functionalities, including scheduling and execution, for a production order as a result of a communication based on a bilateral negotiation exchange with the GOM module on one or more negotiable parameters in accordance with a specific negotiation model; comprising: a)using past negotiation data exchanged with a given LOM module to compute a module providing as output a negotiation reliability score to assign to a negotiation exchange with the given LOM module; b) at runtime, negotiating a negotiable parameter of a specific production order with the given LOM module by means of the specific negotiation model; c) at runtime, updating the specific negotiation model with tunings obtained by applying runtime data to the corresponding computed reliability module aimed at improving the reliability score; d) at runtime, distributing the order execution to the given LOM module whereby an agreement on at least one negotiable requirement has been obtained by means of the updated specific negotiation model.
