摘要： The invention relates to the use of a solvent (2) for selective absorption of CO
2 from the flue gas of a combustion plant. The solvent (2) comprises an aqueous solution of a secondary amino acid salt (4) as an active scrubbing substance and an additive (6), the additive (6) comprising a primary amino acid salt (3). The invention further relates to a process for providing an absorption liquid, to the use of the solvent (2) for selective absorption of CO
2 from the flue gas of a combustion plant and to a process for activating a solvent.
