摘要: The invention relates to a light signal, more particularly for rail-based traffic routes, comprising a light source (1) and an optical system (2) for the visualization of symbols and/or signal aspects into a far range and a near range (4) angled relative thereto. In order to improve the energy efficiency, provision is made for the light source (1) to have a diffusing plate that can be excited by laser light and serves for converting the coherent laser light into incoherent scattered light.
