    摘要: There is described a method of controlling a grid forming PWM converter for a wind turbine generator in order to reduce subsynchronous active power oscillations. The described method comprises (a) determining a first control voltage based on a power reference value and a voltage reference value (b) obtaining a feedback current, the feedback current being measured at an output of the grid forming PWM converter, (c) determining a control voltage correction value based on a filtering of the feedback current, (d) determining a second control voltage by adding the control voltage correction value to the first control voltage, and (e) supplying a converter reference voltage to the grid forming PWM converter, wherein the converter reference voltage is based on the second control voltage. Further, a device for controlling a grid forming PWM converter for a wind turbine generator in order to reduce subsynchronous active power oscillations, and a wind turbine comprising such a device are described.

    摘要: There is described a system for supplying electric power to a grid and for supporting the grid. The system comprises (a) a power generator comprising a main converter coupled to the grid, (b) an energy buffer comprising an energy storage and a secondary converter coupled to the grid in parallel with the main converter, (c) a grid stability monitor configured to provide a grid stability indication representative of a stability level of the grid, and (d) a controller configured to control the main converter and the secondary converter in dependency on the grid stability indication such that (d1) when the stability level is at least equal to a predetermined threshold value, the main converter is controlled to operate as a virtual synchronous machine and the secondary converter is controlled to operate to maintain a predetermined amount of energy in the energy storage, and (d2) when the stability level is below the predetermined threshold value, the secondary converter is operated to provide a predetermined response in order to support the grid stability.
