Ein Behälter (1) mit einem darin verpackten Produkt (A), umfassend: einen starren zylindrischen Behälter mit einem Boden (2), einer Seitenwand (3) und einem Deckel; ein flexibles Futter (5); ein pastöses Produkt, welches vom Futter umschlossen und im Behälter angeordnet ist; wobei der Behälter zudem eine Einlage (6) umfasst, welche auf dem Boden und unter dem im Futter umschlossenen Produkt angeordnet ist, welche einen im wesentlichen runden Grundriss hat, der kleiner ist als der Boden, und welche im Wesentlichen mittig auf dem Boden angeordnet ist, sodass zwischen der Einlage und der Seitenwand ein Abstand besteht.

The inventive apparatus (1) which serves to form an adhesive and/or sealant stream (AB) which comprises a main component (A) and at least one secondary component (B) has a vessel (4) which serves to guide the adhesive and/or sealant stream (AB), into which the main component and the secondary component (A; B) can be introduced under pressure and can be combined to give the adhesive and/or sealant stream (AB), which can be released from an exit nozzle (45) of the vessel (4). The invention provides a transfer element (2) which projects into the vessel (4) and has at least one feed channel (21, 210, 71) embedded therein and at least one end piece (3), through which the at least one secondary component (B) can be introduced into the vessel (4) such that it is taken up and completely surrounded by the stream of the main component (A) flowing through the vessel (4), and means (7, 9, 200) are provided, by means of which a rotation between the end piece (3) and the stream of the main component (A) can be realized during the formation of the adhesive and/or sealant stream (AB).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a static mixer (1) having a cylindrical mixer channel formed by a mixer channel housing (5) and a multistage mixer-wing element (3) which is arranged in said mixer channel and used for mixing layers of a hardening accelerator paste into a flow of highly viscous PU. Discharge openings (7) are provided in the inlet area of the static mixer. Said discharge openings introduce a partial flow of hitherto unmixed highly viscous PU into secondary channels (6) arranged parallel to the mixer channel. The secondary channels are connected to feeder openings (8) arranged in the wall of the mixer channel downstream from the mixer wing element (3) when seen in the direction of flow. The unmixed PU is guided in the secondary channels (6) and enters the outer area of the flow emanating from the mixer wing element via the feeder openings where the mixed layers of hardening accelerator paste are contained. The mixed flow is covered with a layer of unmixed PU to prevent layers of hardening accelerator paste from being discharged from an adhesive element applied with the aid of the mixer (1) and to prevent the occurrence of adhesive defects resulting therefrom.
