摘要: The invention relates to a hydrocarbon transfer system comprising an offshore structure, a support member extending upward from deck level of the structure, a hydrocarbon transfer duct comprising a transfer duct section extending from a free end of the support member, which free end is located outboard of the structure, to a hydrocarbon storage and/or processing unit on the structure and a connecting duct section in fluid communication with the transfer duct section and connected with a first end to the free end of the support member, a second end of the connecting duct section having a connector and being attachable to a hydrocarbon vessel, characterised in that, the support member comprises a displacement device, connected to the first end of the connecting duct section, which displacement device is movable between a connect and a disconnect position while the support member remains substantially stationary, a vertical distance from deck level of the displacement device being larger for the disconnect position than for the connect position, a horizontal distance from the side of the structure being larger for the connect position than for the disconnect position, wherein in the disconnect position, the connecting duct section in its vertical orientation is situated with its connector at a predetermined distance above sea level.

摘要: A mooring assembly includes: a mooring buoy having a central axis, an upper ring portion providing an upper abutment surface; a mooring structure including a cavity with a wall receiving the mooring buoy; and a buoy locking system near the cavity engaging with the upper ring portion for locking the mooring buoy to the turret mooring structure and including at least two locking devices attached to the mooring structure, each locking device having a locking dog connected to a force member for axial displacement and exerting an upward force on the upper abutment surface. The mooring buoy includes a lower abutment surface. The locking system includes an engagement member below the locking dog, engaging with the lower abutment surface and exerting a downward force. The buoy at positions axially above the upper abutment surface situated at an axial clearance from the cavity wall.

摘要: Turret mooring system for receiving a mooring buoy, includes a turret mooring structure, and a buoy locking system for locking the mooring buoy, whereby the turret mooring system includes an intermediate connection member, which includes the buoy locking system. The intermediate connection member is rotatably suspended from the turret mooring structure. A method of mooring a vessel, including a turret mooring system, is described whereby the turret mooring system is arranged to receive the mooring buoy. The turret mooring system includes a turret mooring structure that is rotatably suspended from the vessel and an intermediate connection member that is rotatably suspended from the turret mooring structure. The method includes the steps of receiving the mooring buoy into the turret mooring system, locking the mooring buoy to the intermediate connection member, and rotating the intermediate connection member and the turret mooring structure with respect to each other.
