    摘要: Rubber composition based on at least one dienic elastomer, a polymeric filler as reinforcing filler, and a coupling agent ensuring bonding between the polymeric filler and the elastomer, said composition being characterized in that said polymeric filler comprises non-aromatic vinyl polymer ('PVNA') nanoparticles carrying a function designated Z and of formula ≡Si-X, where X represents a hydroxyl or hydrolysable group. The PVNA is in particular a copolymer of methyl methacrylate, trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, in the form of nanobeads with a diameter of between 10 and 100 nm. By virtue of a very low density, this polymeric filler allows a reduction in the weight of the compositions of the invention, without deterioration in the reinforcement, and with a substantial reduction in hysteresis. Process for producing such a composition. Masterbatch comprising at least one dienic elastomer and a polymeric filler of this kind, and process for producing such a masterbatch. Use of a rubber composition of this kind for manufacturing rubber articles, more particularly tyres, or for manufacturing semi-finished rubber products intended for said tyres.

The invention also relates to the use of one such metallic hydroxide as a reinforcing filler in a diene rubber composition. The metallic hydroxide preferably comprises anisometric aggregates (secondary particles) and the primary particles can also be anisometric, e.g. in the form of rods, thereby providing the inventive compositions with an advantageous property anisotropy, in order to uncouple the mechanical properties thereof.     摘要: The invention relates to a rubber composition that is based on at least one diene elastomer, a polymer filler by way of a reinforcing filler and a coupling agent which binds the polymer filler and the elastomer. The invention is characterised in that the polymer filler comprises nanoparticles of polyvinylaromatic (PVAr) bearing a function F having formula = Si _ X, wherein X represents a hydroxyl or hydrolysable group. The PVAr comprises, for example, a copolymer of styrene, ethylvinylbenzene, divinylbenzene and (meth)acrylate of trimethoxysilylpropyl, in the form of nanoshells with a diameter of between 10 and 100 nm. The polymer filler has a very low density and, as such, can be used to reduce the weight of the inventive compositions without degradation of the reinforcement and with a notable reduction in hysteresis. The invention also relates to a method of obtaining one such composition and to a masterbatch containing at least one diene elastomer and one such polymer filler and to the method of obtaining one such masterbatch. The invention further relates to the use of one such rubber composition for the production of rubber articles, particularly tyres or semi-finished products made from rubber that are intended for said tyres.
