The card inserting and dispensing device (1) is characterised in that it is provided by one of the two surfaces (2, 3) which comprises lateral slots (8) and (9) located on the side edges opposite the lateral elements (4) and (5) and a transverse slot (10) located on one of its opposite transverse edges (6, 7) such that said surface (2) is spaced apart from the case, by bending, each time the cards (1) pass through.
