摘要： Depending on the way it is produced or used, sulfuryl fluoride can be contaminated with sulfur dioxide and possibly with other impurities such as sulfuryl chloride fluoride. According to the invention, sulfur dioxide and if applicable sulfuryl chloride fluoride are separated by using aluminum oxide as an adsorbing agent, whereby no activated carbon is required as an additional agent.
