摘要： The invention relates to a closing device for a filler neck which is disposed on a container, in particular, for a container which is arranged on a rail or road vehicle, which can be fed to a loading station (10) for charging with powdery or granular bulk material. Said container (5) comprises at least one filler neck (3) which comprises a through opening and is connected to the inside of the container (6), in addition to a pivoting device (30) which comprises at least two pivoting arms (31, 61) which are mounted thereon, and which can pivot closing elements (35, 60),which are arranged thereon, about a common axis (Z) in relation to the through opening in order to open or close the through opening on the inside or on the outside. At least one sealing element which is provided, for example, with a pressure chamber which is oriented in the direction of the periphery, is arranged on the closing elements (35,60), preferably, on the filler neck (3). Said sealing element can be impinged upon in the closed position and can be relieved of pressure by rotating said closing elements.
