摘要: In glide boards, in particular skis, it is expedient to achieve a good compromise between damping and control. For this purpose, different measures can be taken at an interface between a (ski) shoe and the glide board. The invention proposes a damping system which can be supported on the glide board at a point in front of and/or behind a base plate independently of a mounting of the base plate and which can be designed to guide a power flow on a path from the point in front of and/or behind the base plate of the glide board and then to the base plate while first passing via the damper. In this manner, the ski can be very effectively damped while maintaining good handling characteristics and at the same time the ski optionally also flexes in a particularly free manner, in particular by damping the ski independently of a relative movement of the base plate. Additionally, a height adaptation can optionally also be carried out, in particular by automatically moving the center of gravity of an operator by means of a slotted guide. The system according to the invention is also particularly well-suited for racing.
